The Vampire Strikes

You step in to a dark part of the forest light streaks in through the small gaps in the trees. You look around at the shadows that rise up out of the forest. A cool breeze chills you to your bones, you wrap your arms around yourself trying to stay warm. The trees above you rustle and you catch a glimpse of something but only for a moment.
