Hello, my name is Dianne Olsen. I
have been a Christian since I was 15 (that's when I made it my own), have
been married to “Sam” for 17 years; we have one beautiful little girl
adopted from China. I have worked in the geriatric field for 18 years and
currently enrolled at Lower Columbia College in an effort to become an RN. [] JJ Daniel, site-manager adds: I have known Dianne for many years,
and every time I think of her I always smile. She is the proverbial ‘life of
the party.’ Even when she’s dealing with the ugly stuff that life can offer,
she looks for a way to laugh herself through it. I don’t know Dianne’s middle
name… but I’m sure her mother knows now that it should have been “JOY”!
J I have seen Dianne in action, with
those she cares for – and it is the compassion of God that I see at work
there. She truly loves the elderly people she cares for, and I’m sure that
the reward waiting for her in heaven is a big one! It is only in recent months that I
have enjoyed Dianne’s gift of writing, and recognized the more serious side
of her personality. God is using her to teach these days; she is a treasure,
and I am pleased to add her to the Strombolis-family of writers. |
