     FITNESS TIPS & EXERCISES &"dieting" do's n dont's

        *Note: Always consult your doctor and/or physician before doing these or any exercises.*

 EXERCISING TIPS:

  •  Do some cardio first to get your heart pumping and to elevate your metabolism. Examples: Kickboxing, Karate (not the fake stuff!), Tae Bo, Swimming, Running, Basketball with a friend, Aerobics, jumping rope for 5 minutes, jumping jacks, etc. (the list goes on!)
  • Listen to your body. Don't do what you know you can't handle (lets say, you get into a car accident and hurt yourself - I don't think you'd want to be doing an hour of Tae Bo!). But try to challenge yourself so you really tone those muscles.
  • Do the best you can. If you start to feel tired then walk in place. Or take a walk around the block, stretch, what have you, but just keep moving. You'll get better as you go along.
