Megan's Place was released in 1985 and was a Sears Exclusive item. As shown in this 1985 Sears wish book catalog advertisement, Megan's Place was sold by itself without Megan and Sundance (and their accessories: bridle, original comb, flower brush, blue ribbon, and sticker) and also you could order both sets at a reduced price. The set, if purchased without Megan and Sundance would arrive without a box and when ordered as the complete set then it would come in a box. It has also been said that it was offered later on in a mail order although I have never seen the mail-order ad. If anyone has a mail-order ad that has Megan's Place in it, please tell me. According to the Sears ad, it says that it included "two flower bouquets" but I'm not so sure about this. These are not shown in the picture and the Sears descriptions aren't always that accurate (they forgot to mention that it comes with Snowball the dog) so I don't believe that they were included although if you owned this as a child and can shed some light on this subject please tell me. Also, the set may have included a small pink plastic dog bone and pink double sided dish. I received these 2 accessories with one of the sets I bought and have not been able to really to make a complete judgment on whether they were actually included with the set but I really doubt they were. The set has distinct lithos (stickers) on the stable that have a strange "matte"/non-shiny finish and a sort of "antique" look to them. Not shown are the turquoise heart shaped pony brush (same mold as show stable/HSH), puffy sticker, and (according to the Sears ad) two flower bouquets. I have also included a dog dish and bone that I received with one of the Megan's Place sets I bought. I'm not sure at this point whether it was actually included but the plastic seems the right color. accessory list and set approx. value on Show Stable page
