Bell South Billing Reconciliation project. Compile pertinent data as it applies to CLEC co-locators (power, floor space and construction charges). Documented information that was sent to billing which contained applications regarding billing specific for each co-locator. Also, authorized purchases of equipment to each office in Georgia. End result, Bell South (Georgia) co-locating bills are up to date by close of project.

Provided Iowa Telecom with TBS software package proposals to improve operational efficiency. As part of a team, developed training to minimize downtime and to increase the self-reliance in this client. Created product specs, cross-connect equipment, and Sonet route models. Assisted the client in building or re-building infrastructures that provided a base template for client to expand upon.
