What makes you think love is fair
what does it take for a broken heart to heal
and what if it doesnt heal, what would you do
would you live life like you did before your broken heart
or would you live a life full of pain.
Why does one hide what one truely feels
it could be because of ones pride
or it could be because of ones confused heart
uncertain about how it really feels.
Love is like a bottle of expensive wine
it tastes beautiful when you drink it
but just like that bottle ends one day
so does love, even though the taste remains,
in the body, heart, and mind forever.
