A pretty standard judgement scene. At the top is the deceased praying to Ra and all the other gods.Below Anubis escorts the deceased to have his heart weighed. Thot records the results. Then, if the heart is lighter than the Feather of Ma'at, Horus presents the deceased to Osiris. In front of Osiris on a lotus pedastule is the 4 sons of Horus. Behind Osiris is Isis and Nepthys
