The Elder

Aramis looked at Pocky. "How did you come back? And why didn't you let me kill Blackwell?"

"Sorry I died, but I needed to motivate you to stand up and fight. We of the Elder are not Human, so we can come back in anyform and remember it. I chose to come back as Pocky because I enjoyed being him. I killed Blackwell because I wanted to prove a point." He paused.

"What's that?" Aramis asked.

"That anybody can be a hero if they just believe in themselves."

Aramis smiled.

Pocky started laughing.

"Well," Beletrix said, "I'm glad I could help, but I must go. I have friends here in Africa I need to visit. I was glad to have helped all of you."

Aramis smiled and gave her a hug. She smiled at him and began to walk off.

"I must be going too," Pocky said. "I will see you again sometime soon. You make me laugh."

Aramis laughed. Pocky laughed and faded away.

Aramis looked at Magnus. "Well?"

"Well, I don't really have anywhere to go, so I guess I'll follow you guys back to Philiopia."

"Alright," Aramis said.

Ace walked up to him. They clasped hands together in friendship. "I must go for now," Ace said, "I will see you in Philiopia."

Aramis nodded.

Ace backed up and waved. He vanished in a blue mist.

Aramis turned to Michelle. She smiled. He put his arms around her. Their eyes meet. Their lips locked and hmmm, what beauty. Behind them, a flock of white doves flew over.

From the forest a group of Africans approached. Morpheus looked around on guard. Aramis and Michelle's attention was drawn to them.

The leader of the tribe came up to them. "We have been told by our witch doctor, that the evil which has covered our land is gone. We would like to thank the one who destroyed it."

Morpheus looked at Aramis. Aramis spoke, "Well, I can't take the credit for it. It was all of us."

"What is your name?" the leader asked.

"Aramis."

"We shall name our village in honor of you."

"Oh, you don't have to do that-"

"Well shall reward you with plenty of gold and silver."

"That's not necasary," Aramis protested. "We just need a way home."

"Then we shall get a barge to drive you up the Nile to where ever you wish."

Aramis smiled. "Alright."
