Xander watched as Lou walked right into the main audience chamber of Jesus and waltzed right through the masses of worshippers. He followed closely. Lou walked up to Jesus. Jesus turned towards him, his face nervous. "Uh...what are you doing here?"

"Putting an end to this mockery." Lou said, his face a large smirk. "Look,everyone" He turned around to all the masses "This man is nothing but a David Caresh wannabe. He's just gonna turn on you as soon as the united states government finds out about him." Xander stood behind Lou and heard the noise of the crowd booing and hissing at the ma in the suit. Lou didn't change his expression at all. "Boo all you want. But deep down everyone knows I'm right. I'm always right." Jesus glared at him.

"How dare you....I am the lord!" Jesus roared, irate.

"Oh, would you shut up?" Xander snapped.

"Who do you say I am, Xander?" Jesus asked.

"Stop quoting the bible. Seriously." Lou said "Makes me sick." The people looked around, confused. "Look, you all know it! Search your hearts and denounce this charlitan." He grinned "C'mon, would I lie to you?" His voice began to sound more and more like a car salesman or a lawyer by the second. Xander watched and noticed Lous' eyes flicker as he laughed. The crowd began to murmur and Lous' eyes shown with a sort of happiness. It was sort of scary.

"This way." David said "I heard everyone is at this club. It's called Eden.........." Anya followed him closely, keeping her eyes on him at all times. He stopped at a door and turned around. "Okay, I know he's not around. This guy, Lou Cypher, I know he came to you. I can feel him...." He reached out and grabbed her shoulder "You're gonna have to trust me......" Anya backed away.

"You stay away from me." Anya said "That guy, Lou, says your bad news and I think he's right. You didn't even bat an eye at what we told you about ourselves......."

"There's a reason for that......" Anya continued to back away, and reached out behind her, feeling a small pipe. She brought it around and smacked him in the face. David crumpled to the ground. Anya dropped the pipe and ran away. "No,anya!" He called after her "He lies! Cypher lies...........!" He sighed and stood up, shaking his arms. "Well, there's a time and place for everything....." He threw off his jacket and spread his wings. He sighed again and took off.

Now the people were seperated into two factions: believers and non-believers. They were on either side of the audience hall,arguing with one another. "But I saw him heal a woman!" Came one argument.

"Simple healing spell." Lou dismissed "Sorcery has gone downhill since the dark ages. Now every jerk and his fuckin' sister can use magic. With all this Pagans and shit. Man, it's so easy it's sickening."

"You lie blasphemer!" came a shout from the crowd.

"He's the only one telling the truth, you bastards!" Came another yell. Then suddenly the crowd erupted into angry battle. Xander turned and took off, not wanting anything more to do with this crazy town.
