Subject: the IB program at North Mecklenburg High School
 
Dear colleagues:

As you may have heard, the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Board of Education
is considering moving the International Baccalaureat program from
North Mecklenburg HS to West Charlotte HS.  Those of us who have had
experience with the IB program at North know that it is a challenging
program which we need to maintain in this end of the county.  The
Board will make a decision shortly about the IB program at North;
if you could send an e-mail to the members of the Board, we could
perhaps influence their decision.
