How to Get Togepi
1)Beat the Elite 4 10 times.
2)Then goto pallet town and talk to Professor Oak 10 times.
3)Finally,talk to Gary's sister and she will give you Togepi
How to Get Yoshi
1) 150 pokemon on both games
2)Both red and blue versions MUST have dratini
3)the red version trades dratini to the blue then the blue evolves it to dragonite
4)the blue version now trades it back to the red
5)now goto the unknown dungeon where exactly mewtwo was and evolve dragonite with a fire stone
6)hopefully,dragonite evolves to yoshi(it is #999)
How to Get all the Pokegods
The first thing you have to do is something like turning on a switch. You cannot get any of these POKéMON without first activating this code. To do so, you must first beat the game, then after you have all 150 POKéMON, for your active 6 POKéMON, make the top 3 the three legenday birds(articuno, moltress, zapdos) and have the last three all geodudes. After your POKéMON are set up, go to the man who gave you the psycic TM in saffron city. Talk to him and he will say somethig different that he normally does. If you have done all this correctly, you should now be able to follow the proceeding steps to get the 4 POKéGODS.
MEW: To get Mew, you must have two different POKéMON cartriges, one that has beat the game and one before you board the S.S. Anne. On the cart that has been beaten, use the surf, strength, and cut HM's on any POKéMON and trade it to the cart that is before the S.S. Anne. After the unbeaten cart has the "beefed up" POKéMON, go past the man taking the tickets for the S.S. Anne and use surf to swim to your right of the ticket man. You will come to an island with a boulder on it, if you have not done the code above on the beaten cart, you will net be able to move this boulder but if you have then you can move it and underneath is a POKé ball containing Mew.
Charcolt:after you have 151 POKéMON, you have to get out the three legendary birds again and either 3 geodudes or a geodude, graveler, and golem (not sure which is the right way) and go to the celedon city and look for a kid playing gameboy. Talk to this kid and he should give Charcolt to you.
Flareth:you must go to the Celedon department store and talk to the girl who wants a drink 100 times, if you talk to her 1 more time she gets annoyed and gives flareth to you.
Pikablu:you must go on the bridge to the unknown cave, and use surf. While on the water, keep using the item finder and when it starts beeping start checking all around in the water. You will find a POKé ball with Pikablu in it but be ready because you have to fight and catch him to get it.

Then when you go into your pokemon line and it will replace the Pokemon in your first slot. So put a spearow or something in first. It will still be called ????? so go to the Nickname guy and change it to Pikablu. It has a ElectricWave, Psyshock, and Electrode... Dont ask me why its Electrode but its an awesome move. 11. It is a Level 999 and Pikablu . Yes it will appear in your Pokedex! After 150 it will say 154 and then you look at the Pokedex Info and it will look like this... Name: Pikablu Type: ??????? Height: 2" 3" Length: 3" 4" Height: 2" 3" Wieght: 34 Stats: Attack-999 Defense-999 Speed-999 Special-999 Attacks: ElectricWave Psyshock Electrode SonicBoom <------- When you get 60,000 more experience points after catching it It Learns SonicBoom when you gain around 60, 000 experience points and it kills any pokemon in one hit and it never misses!
How to Get the Mist Stone:
