Turkey-a Roni


No beef, pork, chicken, eggs, soy, peanut, dairy, corn.
Substitute Quinoa or rice noodles for wheat if you like

  • 1 Pound Ground Turkey
  • 1 16 ounce can Tomato Sauce hint: read the label, many sauces have unexpected ingredients
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 1 Minced Green Pepper
  • Minced Garlic and Salt to Taste
  • Noodles , Any Type

Directions:Saute onions, pepper, and garlic in non-stick pan while preparing your noodles. Then, add meat, browning it thoroughly, and last, the tomato sauce. Stir in noodles and enjoy!
