Add yeast to very warm but not scalding hot water until melted,
approximately 15 minutes of constant stirring.
Add remaining ingredients and enough flour until dough consistency.
Knead dough for 15 minutes. And set to rise until 3 x's its original size.
Cut into loaves and let rise again until doubled.
Bake until golden brown at 350 degrees. ( app 30 minutes)
