Bought like 20 cans of soup (but only the cans with Michelle's picture even if you hate the soup!), which you never intended to eat and in the end labeled and gave to the food pantry, so that you could get the Cambell's soup mug with Michelle's autograph! 2. Find out about a magazine Michelle is in from Heather's page (it is #1 on my bookmark list and I check it every morning!) and comb every store your happen to be in for it, sometimes making special trips to own what you have already seen and read verbatim on Heather's site! 3. Have your co-workers trained to listen to you rant when the subject of figure skating "comes up" in everyday conversations! 4. Friends call to warn you that Tara is on and what channel to avoid! They don't bother to tell me Michelle is ON anymore, 'cause they know I know! 5. Plan parties around Nats coverage because you are just too nervous to watch Michelle skate by yourself! 6. You and your friend screamed so loud in surprise when Michelle fell at Nats that the neighbors wondered what was happening! 7. Met in person with strangers off the internet becuase they too are Michelle Kwan fans! And you really liked them! 8. Spend hours at work in chat rooms with other Michelle Kwan fans (and defending her agianst those who aren't!) and then can't figure out why your at work so late everyday! 9. Spent hours making a crosstich blue ribbon(or any gift!) for Michelle's birthday book, despite the folks who kept asking you what you were making and when you explained, they thought you were crazy since you didn't really know her! 10. Are willing and able to spend at least an hour explaining, in detail, the wonder of Michelle Kwan if it will covert one more person to being a fan! And finally... Sometimes wonder if you may be more in touch with Michelle's life then with your OWN! I mean just this morning I was taking a math test and I started seeing her skating to EOE and I'm like concentrate focus. But I just kept hearing da da da da :-) Hey if I get an A I'll think of her skating more often then. Oh, and I have something to add to the list -you're doing something and you start thinking about a program and you can't figure out the music, and you stop what ever you're doing and it's like what is that tune. I second just about everything said here, and feel glad that I'm not the only one. I still have some, put I won't list all so that you won't think I'm *too* crazy (OK Jenny, Grace, and Susan, don't laugh!) Although, I just had to laugh at chemy's favorite number. My lucky number is 1560 (or 156, if there can only be 3 numbers.) I actually almost played this in the lottery, chickened out, and it was the lotto number! I always use that number, anytime I can. Went so far as to on a math test, when the answer was 15.6, I had to check it 3 times to make sure it wasn't my Michelle centric brain that was willing that number. ;-) (And when I knew it was the right answer, I knew I would do great on the test.) How about I won't even look in the post on this board about how you found out Michelle won the silver at the Olympics. Just too painful to have to live through again. Or how about that my grandma calls Michelle "my friend." (Tonight, she said, "your friend's on TV.") OK, I'll stop there.
