The release of Final Fantasy VII marks one of the first PC translations of a console RPG. The PSX version sold over 6 million copies. Hopefully it will do just as good. Squaresoft made the original Final Fantasy VII game, and has since licensed it to EIDOS, who produced the PC version. There are only a few differences between the PC and PSX version. The story line, maps, characters, and enemies are the same, however... there are differences in how it looks graphic-wise on the PSX and PC. Final Fantasy VII on the PC is slightly better detailed when it comes to overworld maps and battle characters...but the FMV's and battle backgrounds are a bit fuzzier than the PSX's. The PSX version had much better visual movies and the sound was better too.
The controls of the PC version have much to be lacked as well...that is unless you have a game controler or something. FF7PC has it's default controls as the arrow keys and such. That is really annoying, so if you want this try and get a game pad. System Requirements:
