When your applying lip liner and lipstick, the lip liner is usually drier,and when your lipstick fades away, your left with just your lips being shaped! My tip to you, is to apply your lip liner,and fill in your lips with your pencil. Then you can put your lipstick on. now when your lipstick fades away, no one will be able to tell,because your lips will still be floded with color!
Don't put eye liner on both below and above your eyes. It will end up looking too dark, and trust me, I've seen this happen, you'll look like you had no sleep the night before! If you feel you must apply it, put a thin, shaded layer on your lower eye.
Don't wear compact powder on your face if you have naturally dark or tanned skin. It never fails, it will always make you look pale! you want to show off your skin by using bottled foundation or foundation powder, like cover girl's Simply Powder in your skin shade.
If you have a naturally pale complection, neutral or brown shades are the way to go!

In swinsuits,Halter top and Short-Short bikinis are in. Flowers, Striped, and plaid prints are in.
In shorts, button fly jean shorts are cool, and addidas and umbro soccer shorts are hot.
In shoes, platform sandals are way cool. Hey, their strappy,AND their comfy!
In tops, tanks are cool. Halter tops go great, but don't wear them to school, it could violate your dress code! *Lol!*
In accesories, Shades are the thing to make you look tre`s victoria spice. Cat eye and Big lenses totally scream Posh.
