Introduction:
A. There is coming a time when "death" will "die."
B. This is a Bibical truth, but it puts us on hallelujah ground
C. That will be a glorious day when we see "the last enemy," death, put away forever
I. WE SHALL HAVE NEW BODIES:
A. When you search the scriptures is evident that this has been the hope and dream of God's people for ages.
B. After all these years, people are still dying, but still hold to the hope that one day, someday, it is going to happen.
II. THERE WILL BE NO MORE TEARS:
A. Revelation 20:4 is the great "no more" chapter of the Bible.
III. THERE WILL BE NO MORE PAIN:
A. All kinds of pain fill our lives:
B. When you read the book of Job (5:7; 14:1) you can easily see that no one escapes troubles in life.
IV. THERE ARE NO MORE SEAS:
A. I believe that seas were created by God for the purpose of separating people and nations
B. But when there is no more death, there will be no more separation
V. THERE WILL BE NO MORE CURSE: Rev. 22:3a
A. The whole creation is under a curse (Gen 3:14-19)
B. The creation groans under this curse (Romans 8:22)
VI. THERE WILL BE NO MORE NIGHT:
A. Night is the time when most crimes are committed
B. Night is symbolic also of trials and troubles
C. Night is used to pepict great spiritual decline
