In 1969 we had our favorite hangouts

Tastyfreeze had the best of everything, even back in 1969.

The bomber gym was considered the jewel of Eastern Washington.

Zips was a hangout in 1969, with all the drive in stalls.

The roller rink was where "I must have messed my back up," never was a great skater.

up.jpg (26804 bytes)This is a view of the Uptown Shopping Center right around the corner from the Spudnut Shop. You can see the TownCrier, and off to the right is the steam cloud from the reactor WPPSS#1 at Hanford...by FFTF. Richland only has the one operating reactor now. The Fast Flux Test Reactor has been in standby for 10 or so years now.
