William L.Howard 1805-75 established the masonic lodge baring,maine and soon moved it accross the st.croix to st.stephen,nb,canada area.He held position of 'chaplain' until his last years.There is no record of such with maine/nb masonic organization but it came from family history and confirmed by records on deposit on queen ann's street-masonic hdqrtrs-london,england and also in original lodge books on deposit in st.stephen,new brunswick,canada.William L.Howard,LUMBERER,ST.STEPHEN,NEW BRUNSWICK,CANADA.Obituary St.Croix Newspaper 1875..William L.howard..mason..etc.
