The Lobster Barn stuffing is a lightly seasoned bread and cracker crumb stuffing enhanced with white wine. When ordering steak you may expect: Rare - cool red center, Medium Rare - warm red center, Medium - pink through out , Medium Well and Well - thoroughly cooked- tenderness not guaranteed! Barn Dressings : Bleu Cheese, French, Russian, Dill Pepper, Italian and Low Calorie Ranch. We use 100% pure cholesterol free vegetable oil for our fried food. All broiled menu items can be prepared with lemon and water.
