Between 1900 and 1910 Lizzie remarried a man named J. E. Brown. She is head of household in the 1910 Montgomery Co., MS census Winona Township so I assume he is deceased at that time:

Obituary

Winona, Montgomery Co., MS 16 Nov. 1940:
Last rites for Mrs. Lizzie A. Browne, age 78, were held at her Winona residence at 3:30 p.m. on November 16th, Rev. R. S. Lowe of the Presbyterian Church and Rev. W. A. Bell of the Baptist church, Jackson, officiated.
Interment was in the Oakwood Cemetery with Lee Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Browne passed away on November 16th at the Grenada hospital. She was the widow of the late J. E. Browne and was born and spent her entire life in Winona.
Surviving the deceased are her daughter, Mrs. Louise Rockhill of Winona, and her son, G. L. Browne of Jackson and two grand daughters, Mrs. S. L. Parish and Billy Jean Browne; one sister, Mrs. Emma Godwin, Bryan, Texas; and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Clyde Dotson, M. V. Branch, Leigh Shelton, Arthur Anderson, Ed Allen, Bill Mothershed, Edgar Wright and Fred Parker.
