The supreme body of FOMCA is the Annual Delegates Conferences. The Annual Delegates Conference
elects the principal office-bearers for a 2-year term of office. Each state consumer
association is entitled to one vote only, irrespective of the strength of the membership.
The Principal Office-Bearers comprise of the following:
President
Deputy President
4 Vice-Presidents
Secretary General
Deputy Secretary General
Treasurer General
Deputy Treasurer
The Principal Office-Bearers and one representative from each state
consumer association comprise the General Council which is entrusted to manage the affairs of
FOMCA in between Delegates Conferences.
