Alphabetic list of cards.
Text fields will search for any occurance of the string. i.e. Typing 'Fly' in
the Ability Field will produce all cards containing Fly, Flying, etc.
Due to the fact that some creatures have power and toughness like 2+*, you cannot
search for power or toughness > or < a particular value.
