This page will have info on popular games. It will also have games that I have played and that I have liked and decided are good enough to be put on my page.
Some of my favorite games, actually most of my favorite games are made for Nintendo game systems like the SNES and the new N64. A list of my favorite games will follow in order of my most favorite to least favorite. Additional games will be added in the future in a separate list near here.
Super Mario Bros 1, Super Mario Bros 3, Super Mario World, Legend Of Zelda: A Link To The Past, Super Mario 64, Warcraft 2 Tides Of Darkness, Super Metroid, Star Fox 64, Final Fantasy 3, Drangon Warrior 3, Mega Men X, Chrono Trigger, Mortal Kombat 2, Street Fighter 2.
There are probably a lot of other video games that I either forgot or had to cut out due to space. E-mail me if you have additional suggestions for my list.
The popular game series Earthworm Jim by Interplay is now coming to the N64. Interplay have just announced Earthworm Jim 3 for the N64. Expect its release sometime in mid-98.
For RPG fans, Namco has just anonunced a sequel to the popular RPG Tales Of Phantasia. Although Namco anonunced it for the Japan market, expect it to show up in the US sometime in late 98.
This is just one of MANY pictures of Zelda 64. E-mail if you want to see some additional pictures. From what I have heard, Zelda 64 will take place just before the rest of the series. It would tell about the rise of Ganon as an evil villian and also some other loose ends from the other series. The game will feature a horse for Link to travel on because of the huge size of the game. The game will feature Link as a kid and he will actually grow up in the game from a kid to a youth.
Capcom has FINALLY annonunced what games they have been working on for the N64. Although the titles have not been annonunced, Capcom has been working on 3 games, a puzzle game, a fighting game, and a game similiar to Resident Evil but not a sequel to the popular game hit. No release date but probably about mid to late 98.
Zelda 64 has been delayed in the Japan market. It is now scheduled to be released in Japan in March 98. It will take about 2 or 3 months to translate it to the US market so it will arrive here in May or June 98.
Nintendo has delayed many of N64's big name titles till winter 98. Some of these titles are Yoshi Story, F-Zero, Banjo-Kazooie, Zelda 64, and Conkers Quest.
Finally the first N64 RPG will be released soon. Quest 64 (working title) is already being in the process of being translated into teh American Market. It usually take about 2 to 3 months so Quest 64 will arrive here in the US in winter 98.
A lot of other N64 RPGs will be released gor the N64 soon. Some of them are the previously mentioned Quest 64, Tales Of Fantasia 64(Japan only so far), Earthbound 64 or Mother 3 in Japan (64DD), Pocket Monsters 64 (64DD)(HUGE HIT GAME in Japan), and (this is RUMOR!!!) Final Fantasy IX for the 64DD.
Rare is in the process of designing the sequel to Goldeneye 007. Goldeneye is currently considered to be one of the best N64 games on the market so far. The sequel will not be based on Tommorrow Never Dies because of licensing problems. Rare is currently creating a new game engine and planning the aspects of the game.
Mario Paint will be coming to the 64DD as one of teh launch titles. It will be sold as 4 different parts which can all be combined together to make one game. Each different part will have a different part of a game. One part is making music, one about using polygons, one about making things animate and move, and another thing. It will come with a cartidge that will allow you to take pictures from a VCR, TV, or a computer. This is rumor but someone told me that you can make your own game if you have all 4 parts of the game. Each part is sold separately and will probably cost about 25 to 35 dollares each.
Zelda 64: The Ocarina of Time WILL BE THE BEST GAME EVER!!! It will have Link in a fully 3D environment with real time lighting effects. That means that you will actually see the sun rising and the sun setting and different levels of brightness with the different times of day in the game. So far there are a huge number of settings where Link can be found. Some are deserts, Caverns, Swamps, Caves, Open Grassland, Mountains, and a HUGE TOWN!!! Not like the 15 house towns found in Zelda for the SNES but a city with (so far from pictures) huge 4 story houses in a city with hundreds of them.
SEGA SATURN SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT IS THE WORST GAME SYSTEM EVER!!!!!!
