I would like to allow you to step into our world for a time. Not the world when we are in control, but the world we stay in when we are not. To totally understand us you must first understand where we come from and how we come to take control.
To exit our world and take control of the body we must leave through a small window. The window frame which has cracked and pealing gray paint, a lock long since broken is now rusty, and the panes of glass have many different fingerprints on them. The window must be opened and whomever is to take control must climb through.
To relinquish control we enter our world through a big oak door. When you step through the door the first thing you notice is the amount of beautiful light that touches you. If you look to the left where the window is you will see a big round wooden table on which sets picture frames of every size, shape and color, containing pictures of all of us doing the things we love and being who we are. To the right are huge glass doors leading to a deck beyond which you can see a vaste body of water. Straight ahead is a long wide hallway, four doors on the left and four on the right all wooden and one iron door at the end of the hallway. This door is where everyone hid before they allowed the rest of us to know of their presence, and where they all hid for a time when i was unable to accept that they existed. If you were to walk down the hallway to that door you would find it locked, but still be able to hear the voices behind it. I imagine they must have a window through that room also so they may take control, for I could feel them take control long before I knew some of these beautiful souls existed.
Let us now please return to the glass doors that lead to one of our favorite places. When you swing the doors open the first thing you will become aware of is the smell of rain. The one thing that all of us in this world agree is our favorite smell in any world. As you step onto the large wooden deck you will notice to the right a flight of stairs leading downwards, 21 steps to be exact, which has great significants to Eva and I. The wind out here is usually just the perfect temperature to feel so comfortable that you want to stay in this place forever. You can see many different colored chairs and tables on the deck. And if you came here at the right time you might see Eva and Sarah coloring or painting at one of them, or Angelica reading or even Danny sitting in the corner in his favorite black chair rocking way. At sunset you would see me, sitting in my favorite green chair in the center of the deck with my feet resting on a stool and Eva or Jarron in my lap resting their small head against my chest as we watch the beautiful colors wash over the sky and the water. when the sun has disappeared I carry the little one to their safe place and tell them how much I love them as they fall asleep. During the day that deck and what lies below those stairs is a wonderful playground. You will see a row of shoes at the top of the stairs, be careful not to trip as you begin down. When you reach the bottom you will feel the warm white sand sink between your toes. This is Eva and Sarah's most favorite place where they can build sand castles or forts as the case may be, go swimming, or find shells. They love it out here. as the weather may change they will dance in the rain and become engulfed by the sounds of thunder and flashes of lightning. Or they will stand beneath the falling snow with their tongues stuck out trying to catch a flake or two. Looking around you might see Jarron hiding under the deck watching them at times like this. Time to return inside.
We must now explore the rooms. This may take some time. I hope you are comfortable and have some time set aside. I shall go through the rooms randomly because they are not in the order of their importance or their development. now I must first explain something. I call these each rooms only because you need to enter these areas through a doorway, but behind some of these doors are only alternate worlds with no limits like walls.
First we shall go to the second door on the right. If you examine this door you will see a small silver plaque stating 'the lady or the tiger' Sarah decided on that. And there is a tiger carved into the wood of the door. When you open this door and step beyond the frame you are welcomed into a beautiful world of jungles and lakes and beautiful trees and total safety. You can see ribbons of green, blue, orange, purple and black hanging from the trees and lying amongst the high grasses. i will take your hand here if you don't mind so that my friends here know that you are not a danger. I will only show you a small amount of this world so that we may have time for the others. here we go friend. We just need to go over this small hill here. You will soon see all the tigers. This is my favorite place and I often bring Jarron here to help him calm. When we lye amongst the tigers we know we are safe. And often when Jarron is here petting the tigers and sometimes even lying and riding on their backs he is happy and you can see the sparkle in his eyes, and every once in a great while, if you look hard enough you can see a small smile.
Time to leave now the tigers are getting nervous. Over the little hill and out through the door which on this side is covered with vines. I see that you can't find it. here i'll get it friend. Once in the hallway the temperature gets a little colder and the light is not as bright any longer. We will have to explore the other rooms another time friend for it is late and the little ones are sleeping...
