Ministry Opportunities

  1. Initial contact in person or by letter

  2. Candidates will be provided with:

    1. Policy & Procedure Manual

    4. Sexual Harassment Statement of Record

  3. Candidate returns to CCS:

    1. Completed Application Form

    2. Statement of Conversion and Christian Experience

    3. Photo

    4. Physician’s Statement

    5. Personality Profile

    6. Sexual Harassment Statement of Record

 

After candidate completes and submits the application material to CCS, he/she will be required to do the following:

 

  1. Interview(s) with Director
  2. Interview with Candidate Committee of Board of Directors
  3. A positive vote of the Candidate Committee is tantamount to a call to serve.

 

 Final Appointment

  1. The presentation by the candidate of all credentials
  2. Positive recommendations by those familiar with the candidate.
  3. Approval of the Board of Directors
  4. Training for ministry by CCS
  5. Raising of required support (Staff Chaplains and Provisional Chaplains Only)
