Realization

• I had a dream last night.
• I cried a river of tears this morning.
• I had an emotion come over me this morning,
• I had an emotion come over me.
• Then I realized I'm not dead.
• I cut myself and bled.
• I hurt myself and bruised.
• I felt a numbness.
• Then I realized I'm not dead.
• I felt a warmth unlike any other.
• I saw a light that burned my eyes.
• The numbness lessened...
• Then I realized I'm not dead.
• Your touch calmed me,
• Your words reached me,
• I looked into your eyes,
• That's when I realized we're both dead...
