More PARAMEDIC Equipment

PARAMEDICS can use a Pulse Oximiter to determine the amount of oxygen in one's blood. This is crucial information as it tells the PARAMEDIC how distressed the person's breathing capabilities are.

The K.E.D. is a precious part of the equipment used in removing victims from damaged vehicles. It is strapped on securly to the patient and it's main purpose is to keep the spinal column fixed while the person is being lifted out of the vehicle. The K.E.D. can be used in other situations as well (fractured hip, remove a person from a tight place in a home etc).

This Stairchair resembles a wheel-chair and it's purpose is similar to a wheel-chair's. However, there are straps on the Stairchair to secure an individual. Also there are handles for the PARAMEDICS to lift, the person in the chair, out of tight places in homes or public places. The Stairchair is very light ~3lbs.
