·      Evaluation of School data (MSPAP, MSDE and CRT) interpreted and referenced within text then included in the appendices.

·      Evaluation of Surveys or polls for opinions and attitudes

Action Plan – (10+ pages)

 Year long (10) Professional Development Sessions aligned with staff needs as outlined above. Each session should include:

·      Lesson Goal(s)/ Objective(s)

·      Instructional Activities/Strategies – Step by step

·      Target Dates/Time Frame

·      Student and Staff Essentials

·      Persons/Agency (ies) responsible
