The best bread mix is by Fearn
We buy the brown rice baking mix but have not tried any others You have to print out their order form and send a check and order 12 boxes at a time but the price is very good. 12 boxes makes 24 loaves of bread at a little over a dollar a loaf, cheap as gluten free breads go. As a caution, the mix does contain soy for those who are sensitve to soy. It makes great pancakes, pizza crust and waffles too. Very delicious.
