I just got back from Canada with my dad. It was a fun trip and I took a lot of great pictures. I also put up the pictures from the 4th of July. Yeah, they should have been up over a month ago...I know.

As most people know, in June 2005 my mom and I both were diagnosed with Celiac Disease using the stool test from Enterolab about a year after my grandma (mom's mom) was diagnosed with the same disease.
I pretty much finished my pages on GF restaurants in the Maryland (mostly Frederick and Montgomery Counties) but if there is anything I need to add, just sign my guestbook !!
