An unit of Vermicelli plant comprises of Three Machines namely

1. MAIDA FLOUR MIXING MACHINE:

The Ingredients are mixed using this Machine and collected in a trough.
Motor power required is 2 H.P. 1440 rpm 3 phase motor.

2. VERMICELLI MACHINE:

The mixed Ingredients are fed into this Extruding Machine and collected as Vermicelli in the form of continuous thread.

Vermicelli collected in the form of continuous thread, is Boiled under Steam using the Boiler Tank.
