Thank you for your inquiry regarding Enchanted World. Briefly we are an independent celebratory coven, with emphasis on the bardic and acquiring knowledge of traditions both ancient and ever changing. Our classes and circles take place at our own covenstead, which is located in northern Frederick County. We have a outdoor ritual area with a pond and a garden (under construction). During the summer months and weather permitting we do our circles outside. We also have a indoor ritual area with an very extensive library that one may use while here, however the books cannot be checked out.
Enchanted World is open to any serious student who is
interested and who would like to become positively committed to the Craft and to
adepts of other esoteric systems who wish to involve themselves actively with
the lord and lady. All apprentices participate as regularly as possible in lunar
circles, a time of weaving the elemental energies. It is in these circles that we practice
our art in one of its most suitable but powerful forms.
We are a teaching coven we believe that you learn also by
seeing and participating in circles. We
have students, dedicates or apprentices, and initiates. In our rituals, our
magick awakens revelations of new directions in us and our art is an important
expression of our lives, in each ritual we seek to refine and define it. We
recognize that by participation fully in the ‘Sacred Wheel’ our magical
selves are consistently being connected to the ebb and flow, as we honor the God
and Goddess. In regularly opening ourselves to them we deepen our magical powers
and enhance our spiritual lives.
