The titantron faded to a bright, sunny, out-door scene. It was in a park, where Krame was sitting on the grass in front of two people. One was taking photographs while the other was asking questions. The extremely camp photographer was wearing a burgundy muscle shirt and gave directions to Krame such as "Pout, for me baby, pout," and "Grrr, show me your claws".
The interviewer in the blue shirt and corduroy pants turned o him and said, "Could you please shut up, I'm recording this and I don't want your faggoty remarks tainting my interview."
The photographer turned to Krame and said, "Oh, don't mind him, he's just a homophobe," with a flop of his hand. His playful expression changed to one of concern. "You aren't homophobic, are you?"
Krame shook his head. "I'm tolerant of gays, but I don't appreciate their antics," he answered with a strong implication in what he was saying. He turned back to the interviewer. "So, anyway, shall we get this underway?" he asked as he turned and flashed a brief smile for the camera. He didn't like being photographed and felt ridiculous posing for them. So, he only posed briefly and if the camera missed it, tough shit.
"First question, Krame," the interviewer, Bill, started. "How are you?"
Krame laughed. "I'm fine thanks. And you?"
"I'm doin'... I'm doin' good," the interviewer replied. "So, we recently learned on Velocity that you have been added to the WOW Men's Title match at SummerSlam with Irishivoryfan and Dereck, making it a Triple Threat match. How do you feel about that?"
"Well," Krame pondered. "I think that I deserve it, y'know. I mean, in my two matches here so far, I faced Anthony, first in a singles match, then a tag. Both times I knocked twelves different shades of faeces out of him. First time, he got a lucky roll-up, I don't know how through all the pain that he must have been in. Then second time around, I graciously let my partner Dereck pin him, as opposed to take the win for myself. So, although I have proven myself against the champ, I have never pinned him. Of course, I intend on changing that in Toronto at SummerSlam."
"You have no qualms about beating up a fellow Irishman like that?"
"Not if he doesn't," Krame cooly and briefly answered.
"Second question, what are your thoughts on your upcoming match with Ray on SmackDown!?"
"Ray is a terrific wrestler, moved here from RAW, he did, and I can't wait to get in the ring with him and welcome him to the better of the two brands." Krame chuckled.
"But... are you not worried about the match type? What exactly does a 'Strap-Bra On The Pole Match' involve?"
Krame stroked his chin for a few seconds, accidentally giving the camp photographer penty of time to capture the inadvertent pose. "I hear-tell that there is a bra on a pole attached to one of the turnbuckles, and the first to get it wins. There's a rumour that whoever owns the bra will get a date with the winner on Velocity." Krame grinned from ear-to-ear.
"Do you know who will own the match.?"
"No, I don't, which is why I am going to call Chris on my mobile after this interview is done." Krame reached into his pocket and fished about for his phone for a moment or two before finally pulling it out. "See? I've got Chris' number on speed-dial. He doesn't have my number on speed-dial, but I blocked my ID so he has to answer when I call him, because he doesn't know it's me."
Bill looked a little disturbed. "Forgive me for asking, but do you not find that a little demeaning, that you have to trick him into talking to you?"
"No, I was joking, anyway, what's your next question?" Krame asked.
"Actually," Bill replied, looking at his watch. "Our time has expired, and we have to go and interview Angus Young now."
"Angus Young?" Krame's jaw dropped. "Of AC/DC fame? Lucky bastard! Tell him I said hi, won't you?"
"Sure. Thanks for your time, Krame."
"Oh, no bother," Krame shrugged. "Now go, and interview God's gift to music!"
"Bye," the camp photographer said and waved suggestively at Krame.
Krame grimaced for a moment before putting his ear-phones in, cranking up the volume and pressing play on his Discman. As "Breaking the Law" by Judas Priest ripped through his ears, Krame smiled, began lightly headbanging and made his way towards the gym to train for his match with Ray.
