You (individually) were made by the Lord FOR the Lord. Each of us has been made for one single purpose. Most may feel that thier purpose is to live for an earthly spouse, their children or their jobs or even fall into a category that WORKING for the Lord constitutes why we are here. All of the above are good and noble, but none of those things mentioned above are the reasons you are here.
Your primary reason for existence is to be the eternal companion of the Son of God. I am speaking to those of you who are Born Again and and claim to belong to Him. You will miss your purpose for living if you do not ask the Holy Spirit to open the eyes of your heart to realize that you were not made for everyone else and everything else....the Lord fashioned and formed your heart to be His FIRST.
Do you know that He hungers after you? He is lonely for your love? Your love is more important to Him than anything else you could give Him. He died to win your heart. Many ask me, "How do I know if I am the Bride of Christ?" I answer them by telling them that if you are a Bride in love, won't you know it? If you are a bride, aren't you being courted? Are you in love? No one needs to tell a bride that she's engaged, that she's in love or that there is a courtship taking place for a marriage! If you are not in love with the Lord as your Husband....if there is no courtship taking place between you, if you are not longing and yearning for Him to take you home with Him, then I'd begin to wonder about my position too!
Many do not take the time or pay the cost to draw near to the Lord's heart. Many feel that they are comfortable where they are and seem to be "fine" and never move onto maturity with Him and In Him. Let me state boldly that unless you ASK the Spririt to create a longing hunger in you to know Him personally as your Bridegroom, you won't! You cannot muster up feelings or longings. The Spirit will create in you a heart-cry that says, "Come!". Many try to fill the thirst in their lives with someone else and everything else. Marriage on this earth is but a shadow of the real thing! It's true You cannot substitue the Lord for an earthly spouse... If you love anyone or anything more than Him, you are not worthy of Him...... Are you interested in more that where you are at? Do you thirst for more than mere "religion" and works? Is your soul literally starving to death? Well, He is the answer. You were made for the Divine Romance...The Lord wants a Companion and Bride...
Many do not discuss the intimate things of being close to the Lord and there is not enough teaching on this because so few know of it or have tasted it! The Lord has put a tremendous burden on my heart to herald this message! He wants and desires you for His very own and He hungers for your fellowship as a Groom hungers for the fellowship of His bride. You may be asking, "Where do I go from here to have this with Him?" Well, He says "ASK". He longs to hear you ask! Once you sincerely ask Him to reveal Himself to you as your Maker and Husband He will draw you into such an intimacy that you never dreamed possible. You will be pinching yourself to see if this is really happening to you! Go ahead and seek Him....
He yearns to show Himself as the Lover you've been longing for. A true Bride knows she's in love. A true Bride knows she's being courted. Are you in love with Him? Is He courting you? If not, why not? Take this to Him with a sincere heart.JEREMIAH 29:13..."YOU WILL SEEK ME AND FIND ME WHEN YOU SEEK ME WITH ALL OF YOUR HEART. I WILL BE FOUND BY YOU," Declares the Lord.
