The Knights rebounded from last week to post some of their best performances of the season in placing 2nd in the Maryland 4A East Regional meet held at home. The Knights were led by Chris Scott who placed 1st in the 110 High Hurdles, 100 meter dash, and placed 2nd in the 300 Intermediate Hurdles. Jerome Goodman won the High Jump and Triple Jump. John Cargo won the discus and placed 2nd in the Shot Put. Nat Randall placed 2nd in the Triple Jump, 3rd in the Long Jump, and 4th in the 100 meter dash. Chiwuzie Odunukwe placed 2nd in the 400 and also ran on the winning 4 X 200 relay as well as the 4 X 400. Other scorers included Don Horensky placing 4th in the 400, Justin Szech placing 5th in the Pole Vault, and Steve Jacobs placing 6thin the 3200.

The girls were led by Ebonnie Weathers who placed in the High Jump and Brielle Jones who placed in the Hurdles.

The top four places in each event qualified for the State Championships.
