TC Needs A Home!

T.C.
petrescu@intercom.net

T.C. was found as a stray in June of 2002. Originally, we thought he would be adopted out fairly quickly, but when we brought him in for his first vet check-up, T.C. was found to have Feline Leukemia.

When we found T.C., he had an upper respiratory infection and was a few pounds underweight. With just a little care and food, he quickly returned to optimum health and weight. He has remained healthy and has maintained his weight so well we have to watch his diet.

Over the past few years we have learned what kind of home would suit T.C. best. Because we have our own cats here, T.C. has stayed in "The Dog Room". Our dogs and foster dogs are just crazy about him, and vice versa. T.C. loves to rough-house and the two husky mix foster dogs are just right for him as playmates. He just loves dogs! We would love to see him go to a home with no other cats, no children under 13/14 and with a dog or dogs for companionship.

T.C. is a total clown. He loves to play and run and climb, but he also loves to snuggle. He has huge amounts of energy and occasionally needs a "time out", but he has been learning and listens to "No" most of the time.

T.C even loves his trips to the vet. He loves meeting new people and is not usually stressed by much. He WILL need some time and space to adjust to a new home, but we figure when the right home comes along, his new family will be happy to provide him this.

If you don't know much about feline leukemia, but would like to know more, I'll be posting some informational links soon.
