assists animals in Pennington, Kittson, Marshall, Red Lake, and Roseau counties. Coupons are being offered to the public on a first-come first-serve basis, with priority being given to those who have adopted a pet from the Pennington County Humane Society. The coupons provide $25 towards a dog spay, $15 towards a cat spay, and $10 towards a dog or cat neuter.
The coupons are being honored by Clearwater Veterinary Services, Greenbush Veterinary Clinic, Northern Veterinary Services, Red Lake Falls Veterinary Clinic, Roseau Veterinary Services and Valley Animal Hospital.
