Filmography & Biography

Filmography

  • Roundhouse (1992-94) - Mark.  Mark actually played every character in the book in this Nickelodeon variety show.  It showcases his acting, singing, dancing, and comedic talents.
  • Newsies (1992) - Specs.  Mark played Specs aka the guy in the bowler hat and glasses in this cult musical starring Christian Bale.  It's about the newsboys strike of 1899.
  • Encino Man (1992) - Uncredited.  Mark dances in the background during the prom in this movie.  Starring Brendan Fraser and Pauly Shore, it's a cheesy romp with a caveman.
  • Hull High (1990) - Mark.  Mark plays a nerd in this musical tv show set in high school.
  • Janet Jackson's "Alright" (1990) - Bagel Boy.  Mark throws bagels to Janet and her entourage in this dreamlike video about meeting old film stars.
  • Society (1989) -  Extra.   I still can't find exactly what he did in this movie though.  The movie itself tries to shock you through graphic use of sexual situations including incest and cannibalism.  Not for the faint of heart.
  • Guest Appearances and Commercials

  • Entertainment Tonight (1993) - Mark appeared with the second season cast of Roundhouse and talked about how often the script changes.  Plus they showed a clip of the "Where's Walnut" sketch so you get to see Mark's "Marty".

  • The Mark David Profile Commercial (1993) - It was about him and was played on Nickelodeon.

  • Weaver Chicken Commercial (199?) - His face sold chicken.
  • Saved By The Bell: The New Class  (1994) - Episode Name "A Matter of Trust" - Hubert Dweebly.  Rachel buys Hubert, a nerd played by Mark, in an auction.  A move she later regrets.  (She doesn't know what she missing, imho.)
  • Land's End (1995) - Episode "Girl's Just Want to Have Fun".  Mark guested on this TV show starring the same guy who played "Hunter", Fred Dryer.

  • I'm working on a concise biography hopefully pulling together all the information that is out there.  This however is under construction.  Come back later.  Any specific questions can be found by visiting those sites on the links page or by emailing me, maybe I know, maybe I will find a way to channel Mark and ask him questions.  At the moment though I have no contact with him, so don't email me asking for his address or anything cause I don't have it.
