Membership Information & Application

HNLEA is currently accepting membership applications. Active membership in the Hispanic National Law Enforcement Association is open to all sworn law enforcement officers serving in any recognized police agency, Corrections, including federal, state, county and local departments (active and retired officers).

Associate membership and Business Membership is available to individuals, persons in the business community, and corporations who express an active interest in the enhancement of both the community-at-large and the minority law enforcement community in specific.

Membership dues are set at $50.00 per year and are payable by cash, check, or money orders.

To join, complete the HNLEA membership application and mail it to P.O. Box 543 Cheltenham, MD 20623.

Membership Application

Members of the Hispanic National Law Enforcement Association are law enforcement professionals involved in the administration of justice and dedicated to the advancement of the Hispanic and minority interest in the law enforcement field and communities at large. HNLEA is the only existing nationally recognized Hispanic police association to make recommendations in pending legislation that affect the employment conditions of Hispanics and minority officers. The Hispanic National Law Enforcement Association is an association that has been recognized by the United States Congress as the only national organization representing Latino officers.
