Free Graphics
These web graphic sites are my personal favorites, I go to all of these for new ideas in creation and new product finds.
full moon graphics: the woman who owns this page single handedly inspired me to become a web artist. Her art work is out of this world!
Chaos realm Graphics: at Kitara.org I always have a lot of fun running around on this page for ideas :)
Aubrey's jeweled creations: I just started using Aubrey's blade pro presets in some of my own personal art :) She's a kick but artist :)
Pam Bytes free web graphics: I just found this page a few days ago, Pam has tons of great graphics for you to use on personal sites only. She offers a great deal of art deco and solid color textured sets.
Busy Bee Web Graphics clearing house: Another new find, They offer little extras like "new" buttons and java mouse over components. The site text is way too funny! I love to just there there and read everything. Go visit it, it does a web head good!

Fonts galore
mmm Fonts..... come on.. it'll make ya feel good!! (yes I am addicted to fonts lol)
1001 freebie fonts: I have spent hours looking around and down loading from this page. There is always something new everyday, and it's so easy to lose track of time while visiting here (believe me i have missed many a doctor's appointment while hanging out on this page)
Best free fonts: so many fonts *puts on swim suit and jumps in* This is a collection of free font links that are out of this world.
Fontasy.org: 1600 free fonts full of pure font addict pleasure pack a lunch spend a day and fill your hard drive till it busts!
Scriptorium: Wonderful collections of fonts and stock art sometimes it's a little pricey but it's so very worth it!

Web building tutorials and advice
Here are some of the best pages for java, flash, and plain old html help
Uneven Internet: This offers help just just about everything you will need to know to build a page "free hand" They may not think they are the best but I do!
Aurora Help: This one offers many html tutorials in a basic easy to read format ideal for the beginner.
Dave's HTML Guide: full of facts and lots and lots of help files.
Page Tutor  Comprehensive java and web design tutorials
Astentech Java Tutorials list: for beginners to advanced they have everything you need and more

Art and HTML programs 
These are all of the graphics programs and plug ins that I use to make my art
Ulead photo impact 6: one of the best art programs today! Specially designed for web graphics 
Flaming pear: This company makes tons of really useful plug ins. Go get the trial version of super blade pro and Lunar cell
jasc software's paint shop pro: This is a great program, it's got all and more of Adobe's features at a tiny fraction of the price. Version five was the first graphics program I ever used, and I loved it so much I've gotten every version since then.
Netscape communicator: this program takes forever to down load but it's worth it, it comes with netscape navigator, composer (which is a drag and drop html coder) and many other useful things the best part of which, it's FREE!
Flash 5 and Dream Weaver by macromedia: These are both really awesome programs! Dream Weaver is an HTML coding program like netscape composer but it's got a hell of a lot more features (drag and drop java, flash and frames commands, along with bunches of other really great things). Both programs are fairly easy to master but the price is a little high for the budding web page designer (get your mom to buy them she loves you).

My Tenchi: I love this page!!!! It's got so many fun things to see and do with tons of downloads. The group who runs this page are very nice, they even reply back to e-mail in the same day lol.
