One Box Fax Instructions
1. from a fax machine - Enter the onebox area code and phone number on their fax machine: 202-777-2644 - Press Pause button (if fax machine doesn't have a Pause button, see "Using a fax handset" below). - Enter the 4-digit phone extension: 3976 - Press Start or Send on the fax machine. 2. from a fax machine using a handset - Pick up the phone handset on the fax machine. - Dial your onebox area code and phone number: 202-777-2644 - Wait for the prompt, then dial your 4-digit onebox extension: 3976 - Press Start or Send on the fax machine. 3. Troop Listings - These are all password protected, so do not download them unless you know
the password to open the file. The name of the List Controller follows the Troop name. If you know this person and need to know the Troop counselors, call them and ask them for the password.

This list is for Couselors who have reregistered and are registered as District Counselors (not Troop Only).
Troops maintaining "Troop Only" Counselors should contact their list controller for access to "Troop Only" counselors
This should be counsulted by scouts seeking a merit badge counselor
Valid Merit Badge Counselors October 12, 2001 This list is for all Couselors reregistered
in the Patuxent District. Counselors not appearing on this list may not sign merit badge cards for the
Patuxent District. Merit Badges signed by counselors not appearing on this list are invalid and will
not count toward Eagle requirements.Not Validly Registered Counselors as of October 12, 2001 - Application is on file, but one or more problems exist. Counselors are not valid until Council has passed the application through National. Often Counselors who are not registered scouters may be delayed in counseling until applications are returned from National.
No Longer Counselors list of October 12, 2001. These are counselors who have asked to have their names removed or have failed to reregister or have some other reason that their name has been deleted by both Council and District. Former counselors who appear on this list must reapply before counseling.
