Chapter 15
A tear graced his cheek as his search for her was over. As he prepared himself to go to her an overwhelming feeling rushed over his body, an undying flame burned in his heart and in his eyes nothing but a deep passion was seen. He tried to hold back, but something else was controlling him now, every step towards her was against his will, love was now his only knowledge. Standing behind her searching for the right words to say to express his feelings accurately was the hardest task Brian had ever had to face.
"Baby" he spoke softly so he wouldn't startle her. She heard his voice and knew it was he but still didn't turn around. He sat down next to her and wrapped his arm around her shoulder and pulled her close, she lay her head on his shoulder for a moment then raised it again. She looked into his eyes and he into hers, not one word was spoken, yet so much was said. They let their lips gently brush each other's as if to make sure it was reality, then deepened the kiss. He gently caressed her face and held her tight fearing if he let go that she would run away again. They pulled away still gazing into each other's eyes.
"You still have a beautiful voice" he told her, the song still echoing through his mind. Her face turned a rosy red at the compliment. "Did you just blush?" he asked with a hint of shock, "You haven't blushed because of me since the day we met". He smiled proud of his achievement then looked at her face noticing a small frown. "What's on your mind?" He asked with concern.
"What are we going to do about Kevin? He is going to be worse now that we are back together." Kristy said sadly.
"We'll handle that later, lets just worry about us now". They got up and made their way back to Jackie's together.
Chapter 16
That night not much was said between anyone in the house, Brian had not told anyone in the house that he had found Kristy. He decided it would be less controversial if he kept it to himself. Everybody used that night to clear their head. Kevin thought about why he was doing what he was doing, Nick was thinking about Pamela who was back in Florida, Brian, Howie and AJ thought about Kristy and She thought about everything. For the first time in a while everybody got a good sleep. At 5 o' clock Brian woke up and took a shower, then with a whistle and a smile made his way next door.

A sweet aroma filled the house and flowed its way into Kristy's room. In a swift motion she tossed off the sheets and went downstairs. She reached the kitchen and gasped. Never in her life did she expect to wake up to the love of her life cooking her breakfast.
"Brian?" she spoke and he noticed her presence. "I love you so much".
"The feeling is mutual babe" his voice rang out cheerily. He strolled over to her and gave her a short but passionate kiss on the lips. Then continued cooking. Kristy began to set the table but was soon stopped. "No, this is your morning, I will do it" he said grabbing the plates from her hand. He set the table and then served her a home cooked breakfast. She laughed as he presented her with the smiley face plate of eggs and bacon, then again when he gave her a glass of blue orange juice. When she was little she always put blue food coloring in her OJ. They ate their meal in silence, basking in each ther's presence fearing that words would ruin the morning.
After they ate Brian washed the dishes and cleared the table while Kristy got dressed. When she returned downstairs Brian was sleeping on the couch. Not wanting to wake him she thought now would be the perfect time to make her presence known to the rest of the guys.
Chapter 17 She sneaked over to the house next-door so no one saw her out of a window, then rang the door-bell. The door soon swung open with Howie's warm smile on the other side.
"Hey D" she smiled.
"Oh my God, Kristy." He pulled her into a tight hug. "We all missed you so much, everyone has been at each others throats since you left us" he explained.
"I missed you too" she said as he released her from his arms. "Why has everyone been fighting?"
"Well everyone hates Kevin right now, Nick and Pamela have been distant, AJ hasn't talked to anyone, Brian has been moping around, and I have been trying to get everyone back to their old selves, but that is something that I guess only you can do. How do you put up with us? We are a bunch of pains in the asses?" he asked.
"Trust me, it is quite a challenge sometimes, but I love you all so that makes it easier." She laughed.
"Hey Howie, who is it?" AJ asked coming from the other room. "K, oh my god" he rushed over to hug her. "Where have you been?"
"I live next door" she laughed. He got a strange look on his face but then just stood there like he wanted an explanation for something.
"What?" she asked.
"Why did you leave?"
"I had to AJ, I couldn't handle it any more"
She spent the rest of the day talking to the guys who suddenly had so much to say to each other after a few days of silence. Everything was going great until that night.
Chapter 18
"Lets go to the mall tonight guys" Kristy said giddily, if anyone could match AJ's shopping skills it was she and they all knew that from experience.
"I don't know if that is a good idea." Nick said.
"I think it's a great idea, Let's go" AJ said jumping up from his chair.
"Oh no, they are at it again" Brian groaned. Kristy and AJ ran out the door to Nick's Durango with him and Brian not too far behind.
"Hey Nicky, can I drive?"
"Umm, I don't know" Nick said cautiously.
"Aww come on Nicky let me drive, I'll be good." Kristy grinned mischievously.
"Fine, go ahead, just stop calling me Nicky" he groaned.
"Thanks Nicky"
"I got shotgun" AJ called out and raced around to the passenger side.
"Hang on, I'll be right back" Kristy raced back in the house.
"Wonder what she's doin'?" Brian shrugged and got into the back of the car.
~*~*~In The House~*~*~
"Kevin?", Kristy yelled, looking around the house. 'Where is he', she thought. "Kevin?"
"What?" he said coming down the stairs. He seemed to be in a very good mood.
"Want to come to the mall with us?" she asked. He was a little blown away by the question and the fact that she was still willing to do something with him."Umm, I don't think the other guys would want me to go with you" he said. She couldn't tell if the tone in his voice was sad, or worried.
"Who cares what they want, I think you and I need to talk, I want to know what is that would make you want to hurt Brian." Kristy said angrily.
"Uh, Ok, I guess" he managed to stutter out.
~*~*~Outside~*~*~
The shock was obvious on all the guy's faces, especially Brian's when she came strolling out of the house with Kevin by her side.
"AJ, can Kevin sit in the front with me" . He nodded and crammed in the back with Howie, Nick, and Brian. After a silent 20 minute drive to the mall everyone piled out of the car.
"Sparkle, Can I talk to you for a second?" Brian said in a strange tone as he pulled her aside.
"What is it?"
"What the hell is he doing here?" he asked with anger in his voice. "That asshole tried to kill me, I would be happy if I didn't ever have to talk to him again".
"Well sorry to tell you Babe, but that's not going to happen. He's your cousin and niether of you are going to avoid talking about what has happened. So come on, the three of us are going to hang out tonight whether you want to or not." She said sternly.
"But"
"Uh unh, no buts around here except for this one" she laughed smacking him on the ass. "Ok guys, lets meet back here at 10:00, that gives us 4 hours to get whatever we want. AJ if your behind isn't out here by ten, you are going to be walking home. He fake pouted and he and Howie went into the mall.
"I guess I'm shopping solo tonight" Nick said and left.
"Ok you two, lets get going" Kristy commande Kevin and Brian. The two of them slowly made their way into the mall, one way in front of her, and one way behind her. They walked around for a while, until Kristy suddenly stopped."What, why'd you stop?" Brian questioned.
"We all need to talk"
"Uuh, I have to go to the bathroom" Kevin spat out a began to walk towards the bathrooms.
"Kev" Kristy yelled to him, he turned around, "Promise me that you will come back and talk to us"
"I promise", he walked off. Brian and Kristy waited 10 minutes before they started to get aggrivated.
"Bri, will you go get him?"
"Why, I'm not the one who wants to talk to him", he answered.
"Fine, I'll go get him myself", She walked towards the men's room and pushed the door open. "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING KEVIN?" she screamed at him when she saw him leaning over the sink.
