RETURN

Cool mist at night,
The silence brings on fright.
Thunder rolls and lightning clashes,
Fills the skies with blinding flashes.
Suddenly clearing erupts the violent storm.
The lonely night becomes clear and warm.
There's a pleasant essence in the air,
The suspense of events is especially rare.
And then trumpets and angels singing abrupt aloud.
The Lord Jesus has come to receive the believing crowd.
Now the devil has lost, for he spared no cost.
His life was already forever damned,
Now His people will be left in the land.
For torment and grief they've lived their filthy lives,
For they're fate a hungry fire thrives.
But for the believing lambs of Jesus,
He will take away agony and pain,
Fear and sadness and free us.
Don't delay to go the right way
Because today could be the final day
