Lord, you truly are beyond awesome,
In my life your love and peace is in blossom.
Unraveling pain is beginning to diminish,
I feel I have a love now that has no finish.
Life is a journey through valleys where pain dwells,
And up mountains where prosperity begins to excel.
There are also times when you seem caught in a storm,
And you wish sometimes that you were never born.
Dangers, disaster and depression often arouse,
But there will also be a great blessing that only the Lord can endow.
Life will only become what we make it to be,
And without Christ, eternity we will never see.
We tend to think we don’t have much,
But most are blessed with sight, smell, hearing and touch.
We need to strive for excellence in Christ alone,
Because one day we will all stand before the judgement throne.
The road to heaven is not easily traveled upon,
You need to always abide in Him from night to dawn.
We all need more than a navigator to guide us,
Having God to be our pilot is a precious plus.
Don’t just rely on Him when the journey becomes treacherous,
But confide in Him always, for the guidance He bestows can be marvelous.
Always be keen to His whispers of knowledge,
It’s hard to believe this nation comes from a Godly heritage.
We need to rise up and take others by the hand,
To show them that in God we can boldly stand.
Only in Christ Jesus will you find the most peaceful rest,
For with Him by your side you’ll have a victorious quest
