premonitions which cannot be terminated regardless of an extreme desire to forget.

I remember a time and a place which I used to relish evil activity, actions of vulgarity, chaos and mutiny.
I remember a time and a place I used to cherish the mutation of brain function by ingesting and inhaling toxic substances.
I remember a time and a place when I upheld the instability of anarchy.
I remember a time and a place when I was repulsed by a homo-sapien of pious nature.
I remember a time and a place when I endeavored in criminal extravaganzas.
I remember a time and a place when I betrayed the trust of precious loved ones.
I remember a time and a place when dignity and integrity were characteristics inconceivable to me.
I remember a time and a place when the value of love was grossly taken for granted.
I remember a time and a place when I disregarded the fear of almighty God.
I remember a time and a place when I inflicted pain upon family.
I remember a time and a place when I executed vital errors.
I remember a time and a place when I did not know what persecution was.
I remember a time and a place when my heart was plagued by hate.
I remember a time and a place when I sought after agony.
I remember a time and a place when the life of a precious man was destroyed by my careless ignorance.
I remember a time and a place when I looked into the distraught eyes of a woman who lost her spouse forever because of
my spiritual blindness.
I remember a time and a place when I finally awoke from my habitual transgressions.
I remember a time and a place I victoriously took the hand of Jesus Christ who lead me from the darkness.
I remember a time and a place I began to truly feel what peace beyond comprehension was.
I remember a time and a place I began to despise the fool I used to be.
I remember a time and a place grieving my old nature which created infliction that can never be remedied.
I remember a time and a place taking my first step in faith.
I remember a time and a place when I realized the nightmare had ended.
I remember a time and a place when I first saw an eagle soar upon the breath of the wind.
I remember a time and a place when I took the hand of a beautiful woman in holy matrimony.
I remember a time and a place when my wife brought forth a precious bundle of wonder on four separate occasions.
I remember a time and a place when I saw a sign in the heavens.
I remember a time and a place when hope replaced hopelessness.
I remember a time and a place of divine transformation.
I remember a time and a place I understood the unconditional love of God.
I remember a time and a place when I finally surrendered to my sadistic ways and began taking suit of the full armor of God.
I remember now how it feels to be alive and not dead.
I remember now what inspiration can manifest.
I now know why we have memories. . . . for memories remind us of where we have been. . . of things we wish could be
forgotten.
But our memories refuse to grant such a wish to ensure we never forget to create better memories.
Lamentations 3:19-24
Remembering mine affliction and misery, the wormwood and the gall. My soul hat them still in remembrance, and is
humbled in me. This I recall to my mind, therefore have I hope. It is of the Lord's mercies that we are not consumed,
because his compassion's fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness. The Lord is my portion, saith
my soul; therefore I hope in Him.
