I have decided to be honest and true,
crucifying deceptional ways.
I have decided to follow Jesus,
now and beyond the life of my days.
I have decided I am weak,
but He makes me strong.
I have decided to love Him,
for He's loved me all along.
I have decided to uphold His Word,
for the world to see His light.
I have decided to be a living sacrifice,
acceptable unto God, day and night.
I have decided to put away the old,
and take on the new.
I have decided to be His,
for with the world, I am through.
I have decided to receive His gift,
of faith unto Salvation.
I have decided to take life,
forsaking sinful condemnation.
I have decided to truly be a man,
one of honor and nobility.
I have decided to seek wisdom,
priceless virtue and humility.
I have decided to forsake evil,
and stand for goodness sake.
I have decided I will suffer for Him,
no matter what pain or ache.
I have decided this I know,
for I've been through muck and mire,
I have decided there is no other way,
to conquer the great liar.
I have decided to love,
and hate no one.
I have decided to rejoice,
in this life I've begun.
I have decided that life,
is wonderful through Him,
I have decided to walk in light,
beyond the dreary and dim.
I have decided on victory,
for Jesus is Lord.
I have decided to fight evil,
for He is my sword.
