Hello Lord, my Father and friend,
Master of all I do today til’ the end.
I thank you for all my blessing,
And for forgiving the sins of my confessing.
I need to ask you some things on my mind,
To help me know answers that I cannot find.
Also to instill in me an image of yourself,
To increase the need of my spiritual health.
Help me, my Lord to love others at all times,
Help me break any evil binds.
Help me Lord to live each day,
Mold me, use me, for whatever you may.
Help me Lord to hear your words,
Even when tension is high and my seeing is blurred.
Help me my God to only hate one thing,
The evil temptations that the world will bring.
Help me to display a witness that’s pure,
And to show others that you are the cure.
You’re the answer to the holes in their hearts,
Help me Lord, in you to develop a loving art.
Help me Lord to center all I do around you,
So that I become spiritually complete and wiser too.
Help me Lord in all I say,
To help others see you and brighten their day.
Help me Lord to always do your will,
To show others the hole in their heart you can fill.
Help me do everything for the glory of you,
Today, tomorrow, until my life is through.
Help me Lord help others be free,
To find the light in you when they cannot see,
While they stumble and cry someone
