Excellent Communication

How often do we express words of virtue?
How often do we take the time to say,
my friend, how have you been? or
Did you have a pleasant day?
Why do so many relish ruin?
Why have so many become desensitized and immune?
Caught in a pathetic selfish realm,
as a walking, talking, life depleted tomb.
    	Untamed pride brings forth destruction,
as a flame can unfold a fire,
so why not be honest and true?
Retiring the ways of thieves and liars.
So many tear down and never build-up,
enflicting pain from the abusive tongues,
    with monotonous cruel exertion,
and the wasted air of lungs.
Let us become men of integrity,
set out on a journey to discover,
    how wonderful life can be,
if we would just care about each other.
Let us restore the ways of old,
let us turn from this insensitive preservation,
build up each other in love and peace,
with the rejuvenation of excellent communication.
