A
spark can cause a flame,
a flame can cause a fire.
A fire can be tender,
with warmth to inquire.
And
warmth can give comfort,
with comfort producing love.
As the greatest consolation,
descends from God above.
And
God can give life,
a life that is forever.
And forever is so precious,
as precious is a treasure.
A
treasure that is priceless,
with a
priceless, hopeful mark.
And just think it all begins,
with just a little spark.
Thus
dare not to hesitate,
let your spark be light.
And let your light so shine,
shine with all your might.
For
it very well could heal,
some wounded heart despaired.
And just because you kindled,
the fire of love you shared.
"Behold, all
ye that kindle a fire, that
compass
yourselves about with
sparks: walk
in
the light of
your fire, and in the sparks
that ye have kindled" (Isaiah 50:11).
"Wherefore glorify ye the Lord in the fires,
even the name
of the Lord God of Israel in
the isles of the sea" (Isaiah 24:15).
